Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units directly face the ocean and provide a beautiful ocean view! Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf condo is located in the Indian Harbour Beach Club on the ground floor, just steps to the beach. This beach front condo complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. The covered parking spot is 20 yards from the front door so easy loading and unloading. The back door is 30 yards to the sand. This is awesome when you want to quickly run in from the beach to grab something. This condo is very well kept and decorated nicely with tasteful furniture and updated appliances. The kitchen, primary bath and guest bath are fully equipped with all of the necessities. Linens and towels are provided. TVs in the living room, the master bedroom and guest bedroom as well. Content is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The Primary bedroom has a King-sized bed, along with two twin beds in the guest room, there is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. The complex has a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grills, and a car wash area. Beach towels, beach chairs (2) and an umbrella are provided.
