Great for families, this beach house offers a great indoor-outdoor flow to expansive decking for entertainment. A property designed entirely to capture the spectacular ocean views, with bi-fold windows and doors that open the entire living and kitchen areas up to the beachfront.
Wake up to the sound of the waves, breakfast on the deck and relax while overlooking the beautiful surf and dunes on your doorstep. Smell and feel the salty breeze and enjoy the uninterrupted sea views looking out to Motiti, Plate and White Island.
The spacious open plan living area, with native timber flooring, and granite kitchen offers comfortable living and an inviting social space for those long relaxing days at the beach.
Three bedrooms inside the main dwelling– the spacious sleepout offers another room- great for the teenagers to hangout!
The bedding configuration consists of Two queen beds, One double bed, and five single beds.
Pukehina Beach is the place to come and relax, or a great base to do some exploring around the local region. Located 30 minutes from Mount Maunganui, 45km from Tauranga or a 2-hour drive from Hamilton not far to travel for a weekend getaway. We are also not far from the Old Forest School, and the local Estuary Events wedding venues.

The local dairy has some supplies with great fish n chips if you feel like taking a night off from cooking. The new and popular "Monty's" Cafe in Pukehina is a must do during your stay. We suggest a trip to one of the big supermarkets for your supplies before you arrive.
