Park your vehicles in our extra large 3-car garage.

The Space
Ocean 82 is a luxury townhouse located on Ocean Block near 82nd Street. This four-bedroom, three-full-bath condo has two furnished balconies overlooking the ocean on one side and the bay on the other.
This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week or as long as you would like your vacation to last. The spacious living room is furnished with a comfy/cozy couch, an amazing recliner, two armchairs, and a television with Cable and Netflix for your entertainment. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Also off the living area is a Full bathroom. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and wide, white quartz countertop, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Also on the first floor is a Queen bedroom with plenty of space and a large closet. Going upstairs, the Master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television, and a private Master bathroom. It also has its own private balcony overlooking both the ocean and the bay. The third bedroom has a Bunk bed twin over full with a trundle and television. The fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed with a television and access to the hall bathroom. This property comfortably sleeps 12 people, so bring the whole family!
