This lovely 3-bedroom, 4 bath home is only a mile walk to the St. Simons Pier & Village. Three spacious floors provide plenty of room for a large family who are ready to spend some quality time together.
The first floor features a large comfortable living room with built-in bookcases and a large tv, an open dining room which will easily seat 10, a fully functional kitchen with a separate breakfast area for four, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination located off the kitchen. Just off the dining area is a nice porch with a gas grill.
There is also a separate relaxing space on the main level with two couches, a smart TV.
The second-floor is perfect for the kids or the kids-pretending-to-be-adults! The entire floor is one large room with two built-in queen beds, one twin day bed, a Smart TV, an air hockey table and a large sectional sofa. Great for an afternoon get together! There is even a full bathroom with a tub/shower attached to this room.
The third floor is all about sleeping! This floor features a very spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, smart TV and en-suite bath containing a walk-in shower, soaking tub and double vanities. Just off the master bedroom is a wonderful sun porch (with AC and heat). There is also a guest room on the third floor with a queen bed. A full bathroom and large walk-in laundry room round out the 3rd floor.
The yard is fully fenced-in.
