With a beautiful unspoilt sandy beach within a short walk, idyllic summer days can be spent building sandcastles, playing beach games, rock pooling, kayaking and paddle boarding.
The nearby picturesque small rural town of Gatehouse of Fleet provides numerous opportunities for eating out, a delightful and testing nine-hole golf course, tennis courts, river and loch fishing.
