This pristine historical building, dating from 1830, was renovated in summer 2018, and boasts comfortable furnishings and brand new, hotel-grade facilities. With 7 beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished bedrooms, it is perfect for groups to enjoy life like a local in the oldest part of the city. There is even a courtyard garden to relax in after a days touring.
This large property has been meticulously renovated in Summer 2018. It is comprised of 4 independent suites (see our other listing for each individual suite) that when rented together offer a spacious and comfortable solution for groups of up to 21 people. The house itself takes up 2 floors (upper and lower ground), with two street entrances and an inner courtyard. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: There are 5 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. There are also 3 double sofabeds and one couch available for sleeping.
The house also provides two fully equipped kitchens and one kitchenette, 3 washer-dryers, numerous flat screen TV's (complete with Netflix), toiletries (including body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion), kitchenware and essentials, Nespresso coffee machines and capsules, and finally Cocomat mattresses. The furniture is brand new with some restored vintage pieces, and the decor is sophisticated and classy, with pride of place the several beautiful large format photo prints on the walls taken by award winning photographer Dimitri Papadimitriou featuring some of his most prominent work.
