Positive: Stunning apartment right at the heart of everything in Kos old town. I always take reviews with a pinch of salt but we were blown away with Archontikos. It has been recently converted so the fixtures and fittings as all new. It has been very tastefully designed, blending contemporary interior design with a traditional twist. Its in the heart of the town on a quiet street but within 50m of tavernas and restaurants. Its less than a 5 minute walk to the bustling harbour with a wealth of bars, restaurants, and boat trips. Its also just 300m from the bus station, with access to the rest of the island. We spent a couple of evenings on the balcony with a glass of wine, just watching the world go by. Nick, the owner and the property management team where very amiable andmade staying here effortless. Thanks Nick, whenever I'm back in Kos, Archontikos will be my go to!

Negative: Nothing what so ever. I'd review Archkontikos 11/10 if I could.
