This is a new, bright, sparkling clean, ground floor property with 2 bedrooms. The private parking space is immediately to the front of the property, with no steps to the private front door. The street-view bedroom has twin beds and the garden-view bedroom has a king size bed. (Unfortunately guests have no access to the garden due to the City of Edinburgh Council’s short term let licensing conditions) The spacious, modern bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. The open-plan living, dining and well equipped kitchen area is an ideal place to relax after a day seeing what Edinburgh and the East Lothian coastline has to offer. There is ample seating in the lounge and at the dining table for four people. Nespresso coffee machine and kettle provided with complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. Picnic basket, picnic blanket and 2 picnic chairs provided for your use. The complimentary wi-fi is reliable. We provide a welcome pack for bookings of 7 days or more.
