Summary: The TV in the room was not working. I was told that it was new and it needed a remote that they had in the office. This was an easy fix. However, went to use the bathroom and there was no toilet paper, no soap, shampoo, or body wash. Beds were very uncomfortable, and room was dated and needed repairs. Front desk person seemed to be annoyed that we asked for these things. We were not allowed to enter the hotel through the lobby. You had to check in at a window in a corridor between the outside and lobby where they gave you a key. Then we were told to go back outside in the cold and enter through the door that was right next door to the front entrance. Our room was literally right outside the lobby in the hall. It made no sense. We did not even eat the breakfast. It was not inviting at all. They had mini donuts and mini muffins, waffle mix, and plain cereal. I did not take notice, but they may have had fruit and yogurt, not sure. Breakfast area was a very small room. The only advantage was that there were many restaurants nearby. We were only there to sleep after a 17-hour drive, or we would have probably changed hotels.
