The Lake House is just metres from the lake edge with swimming and fishing on your doorstep (please note motorised vehicles are banned on the lake).
The only neighbours are Doc's Flat Top Hill Conservation Area - locally renown for its walking and mountain biking trails - and giving you immediate access to the Central Otago cycle trails.

The house is annexed to a small apartment (Lye Bow BnB suite) that is also available to holiday makers so we ask that you are mindful of noise after 10pm please.
