4 Bedroom Apartment in Old Town, Cefalù

Comfortable and charming holiday home located a few steps from Cefalù seafront, with a beautiful view of its crystal-clear sea.
Our Casa Lavatoio is located right above the famous medieval washhouse of Cefalù, which attracts many curious tourists every day. Here, everything reminds us of all Sicilian laundresses washing clothes: it is a place where history, art and local culture can be found, and where a strong Arab architectural influence can be seen, as suggested by the great arch that dominates the area.
The house is split on two levels: on the first floor there is the living area, composed of a living room with a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, stovetop, kettle, oven and moka and furnished with a dining table, sofa and TV.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the sleeping area is located: our guests will have access to 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are double rooms and 2 are singles, overlooking the sea and the washroom respectively.
The house also comes with two bathrooms, of which only one is complete and has a shower stall, and two balconies overlooking the sea and accessible through the two double bedrooms.

Our house is located a few steps away from the Cefalù seafront, with its historic centre and its beautiful and clear beaches. The old town of Cefalu includes the slopes of the rock up to the old pier, still used as a landing area by fishermen. Among the architectural attractions Piazza del Duomo, the famous and magnificent Cathedral and the museum Mandralisca stand out.
To our guest reaching the island with a flight from abroad, we suggest to rent a car at the airport of Palermo, and we can provide help and suggestions to get the best deal.
