Nearby lake, river, other body of water — "The courtyard backs onto and over looks the river Girvan. The wall in the courtyard is 4 ft but the river is not accessible from the courtyard, the drop on the other side of the wall is 8 ft. The river is tidal so it's depths vary depending on the time. Access to the river is 2 mins walk"
