The landing midway up to the 2nd floor opens to a large sundeck w/ lounge chairs and dining table for 6. The second level features another master suite w/ wood burning fireplace, marble and glass bath and direct access to the front sundeck. Also 1 queen size bedroom, w/ direct access to the front sundeck, and 3rd bedroom w/ two twins and 2nd full bath. The third floor features 2 queen size bedrooms, 1bedroom w/ two twins and a full bath with walk in shower.
Located off the kitchen, the sun-room is air conditioned (heated in winter), includes a queen size sofa bed, and 2nd dining table that seats 4-6.
