The Neighborhood:
Elk Creek Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. The community area has a pavilion and many large blue roofed covered boat slips directly adjacent to the private boat ramp.
This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.
Getting Around:
Elk Creek Landing is the newest and most premier neighborhood at Lake Anna, while it's generally a quiet neighborhood, there is some ongoing new construction. We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with many vehicles.

Our fully equipped home is ready to go with a gourmet kitchen that easily accommodates a large group or entire family with lots of countertop space, and new stainless steel appliances. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy our plentiful outdoor spaces, huge dock and boat house, deck, porch, and grill. We have all kinds of fun activities including water toys, a fire pit, smart TV's, board games, books, and an assortment of toys. If you want to use a Boat or Jet Ski during your stay, you have access to a nearby boat ramp. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including a washer & dryer.

We require damage protection to protect both the guest and the homeowner from the financial risk of accidental damage. Our homes are high-end and contain valuable furnishings and amenities. This helps keep expectations clear, reduces disputes over accidental damage, and allows us to fix issues quickly so the home stays in excellent condition for all guests.
If the primary guest does not complete the Guest Verification, sign the Renters Agreement, and choose either the Damage Waiver or the $3,000 refundable deposit hold, then check-in instructions will not be released.
