Character filled Villa with large spacious high ceilinged rooms, retro kitchen, a private TV lounge, plus an additional large living entertainment space with a TV and pool table. Great for groups or families. Ideal location only 8km to the CBD, and bus stop on your doorstep. With convenient off street parking for 3 vehicles behind the house. Local cafes and supermarket are only a short walk away. Close to natural reserves and 2km to the waters edge.
Classic circa 1900 Villa in a fabulous central location with spacious living areas. There is carpet throughout the main living areas and bedrooms. The house boasts character with its beautiful high ceilings, they’re one of our favourite features of this home.
Bedrooms
Featuring four bedrooms situated along a spacious hallway. The two master bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed, are located at the front of the house and offer a charming view of the front lawn. The two remaining bedrooms consist of one with a double bed and another with two bunk beds sleeping four guests. Total sleeping capacity is 10 people. We also have a portacot available.
Living
The large retro kitchen opens up to a dining area and a large living area off the dining room. The living area offers plenty of natural light and has a Smart TV, Piano and Pool table to entertain your group with the main bathroom off this space. A separate large lounge is also available for watching TV or relaxing. There is also a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, and an additional bathroom that has a corner bath/shower and toilet.
Outside
The front area offers a fenced grass space for little ones to play. At the rear there is carparking for up to 3 cars (the garage is not available) and a private BBQ area on the grass.
Centrally located, close to all the amenities required! Chatswood is a vibrant community on the populated North Shore located only 8km north of Auckland City. Tucked away close to natural reserves and the waters edge, yet close to all the shops, cafes and conveniences you need. Public transport on your doorstep and Highbury Shopping Centre a 5 minute walk. You can also travel by ferry from Birkenhead Wharf into the city which is a great activity.
