The ground floor of the property has a vast open-plan living area spanning from the front to the back of the property. With the ever-changing views and the comforts of your sofa, you will find it hard to leave this space. Leading through the French-style doors is the well-equipped, modern and high-spec kitchen complete with a large fridge/freezer, an abundance of storage space, a dishwasher and a microwave. The sunroom to the rear of the property has been fitted with a large dining table, providing the perfect space for entertaining.

The property itself is located just a short walk from Banff town centre where you’ll find the local amenities and convenience stores you need. The local hotel is an excellent choice for a memorable meal, and for the fisherman out there, the River Deveron is only a few miles away. Another popular choice is the Speyside Whisky Trail which is within striking distance. Along the coastline there are several pretty villages worth visiting, offering a selection of quirky gift and antique shops, not to mention a selection of stunning beaches.
