The property is presented in immaculate condition throughout with attention to detail in every area.
There is a large open plan living area with comfy sofas and chairs and Freeview TV, and the dining area has a table and chairs. Bedroom one is on this floor with a kingsize bed, Freeview TV and an en-suite with shower cubicle; this room has patio doors on to the garden. A separate toilet completes this floor. On the first floor are a further three bedrooms, two of them having an en-suite shower room, and one having a double sofa bed in addition to a super kingsize bed. There is a spacious enclosed garden with parking for up to four vehicles, a seating area with table and chairs for al fresco dining, and a large private hot tub for six people.
The property is located in Kildary near Invergordon which has a deep water harbour where cruise ships dock on a daily in the summer. Tain is only 8 miles away and has supermarkets, local shops, restaurants, cafés and bars, as well as a golf course and a distillery.
The area has numerous amazing walks with spectacular scenery and and array of wildlife and is also located just off the world famous North Coast 500 and is the perfect location from which to explore the surrounding area. The Steading and the area will not disappoint for your break in the Highlands of Scotland. Beach 15 miles.
