It has an open floor plan with a large kitchen that is fully stocked for all your cooking needs, and lots of counter space. It has a dinning room table for up to 6 people and 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master has a queen bed with a walk in closet. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with large closet. 3rd bedroom will sleep 2 people it has a Daybed with a trundle and a large 65” smart TV. Large laundry room with a full size washer & dryer. There is a gas grill and chairs so you can sit outside on the porch. Enjoy lots of amenities that Nettles has to offer including basketball, pickle ball, tennis, shuffle board, horseshoes, ping-pong ball, and 18 hole mini golf course and don’t forget the awesome Beach! There is a marina with boat ramp, 2 large heated swimming pools and 2 hot tubs. There is a grocery store on the island and a really good restaurant “Saunders Landings”.
