It is spacious and beautifully furnished throughout, with a modern kitchen offering all the appliances you would expect. Just off from the open plan living space and up a couple of steps is the master bedroom, with kingsize bed and luxury en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. Just down from the living area is the second bedroom, with double bed and luxury en-suite shower. The property has a private garden with hot tub and a lawned garden shared with the owner’s other property next door (The Bothy). The Bothy is all on the ground floor with either steps or a ramp to the front door.

For those with the shopping bug, why not visit the county town of Dumfries, or Gretna Green Outlet Village? For a day trip, take a train station at Lockerbie, heading out along the west coast main line. The historic cities of Edinburgh and cosmopolitan Glasgow are easily reached within an hour.
