Also within a few minutes’ walk from the fantastic Rosemarkie beach which leads a sandy trail all the way to Chanonry Point and its lighthouse - one of the best spots in the UK to see bottlenose dolphins from the shore. You can walk down to the lighthouse and spot dolphins every day if you’re only a little lucky and have the desire to do so! Close to the centres of Fortrose and Rosemarkie, so within walking distance away from the shore you have restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. You have everything you need for a fantastic holiday on your doorstep, there’s really no need to hop in the car whilst you’re staying at The Haven. However, you’re on the Black Isle in the Highlands and getting in the car and exploring this amazing place is what it’s all about.
