House Rules:
No smoking inside the house.
Small pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 pets.
Car parking must be done with extra care, and we recommend having a co-driver assistant.
Children must be supervised in all areas of the house by adults.
The depth of the pool is 1.5m, and the use of the pool by children must be supervised by adults. The maximum number of people in the pool is 5. The pool is closed (covered and water drained) from 15th of November to 1st of May.
House equipment such as chairs, deckchairs, towels, and kitchen items must not be used outside the house premises.
The wood stove is not allowed to be used from 1st of May to 15th of November.
Outdoor areas are monitored by security cameras.
Tenants should keep the public quiet hours (15:00 to 17:30 and 23:00 to 07:00).
Personal and valuable items are the tenant's responsibility.
Upon leaving the house, all areas must be secured under the tenant's responsibility, and the main house doors should be locked.
The house is for rental up to 6 persons at the basic fee and up to 8 people in total, with an extra fee.
Violation of the above rules will result in an additional charge after consultation with the rental channel.
We kindly request that guests water the house potted plants once a day :)
