Guests access the front door by walking up the sidewalk to the front porch. Once you enter the front door, you will find a foyer that leads to the dining area, living room, staircase to the second floor and small hallway to a half bathroom and stairs to the master suite. The dining area connects to the screened porch, den and kitchen. There is an open floor plan layout between the den, kitchen and in-kitchen dining area. The second master suite, the queen suite, twin suite, family room and laundry room are located on the second floor. The back deck is accessible from the living room and the master suite.
NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger people will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Sea Pines is a private gated community with very specific rules and regulations. A few of the restrictions are listed below but please access seapinesliving . com to read and download the complete listing. Motorcyles, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, are not permitted in Sea Pines. Any nonconforming vehicle will be turned away by Sea Pines security. No weddings or events can be held on rental property premises.
Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
