Three bedrooms, open plan living, spacious deck that catches the sun, expansive front lawn - what`s not to love about this home in sunny Ōtaki! Fun for all the family. Only 50 minutes from Wellington. Children`s playground a short walk away.
** Please note there is currently a new dwelling being built on the front of the section, however no building work will be done while guests are staying.**
** From May 2025, Mon - Fri there may be some building activity at the front of the property as a second dwelling is added to the section. This part of the property will be temporarily partitioned off and guests will still have sole access and use of the bach itself. There won`t be any building activity at the weekend. If you have any questions, please just ask. **
