This traditional Port Levy bach offers laid back living with an easy outdoor flow for a perfect cruisy summer option... Unwind on the porch while the kids enjoy the spacious section, fire up the BBQ for classic kiwi dining, or simply unwind and marvel at the scenery! Although the bach is fairly compact, there are 2 lounge and dining areas, ensuring everyone can find their favourite spot to relax. Bedroom 1 at this Port Levy Bach is fitted with a queen bed, while bedroom 2 has 2 single bunk sets. For summer holidays there is additional sleeping available in the front sunroom, including a double bed and sofa bed - this area has gorgeous views and opens directly onto the front porch... When you are not gazing at the views, stroll a few moments from the bach to the harbour and jetty or explore the wider area. Guests have access to 1 double, and 2 single kayaks, a variety of different sized life jackets, as well as a public boat launch nearby. You are just over an hours drive from Christchurch town centre, and less than an hour to Akaroa. Your picturesque harbour haven awaits at Port Levy... Welcome to Blueberry Bach! Great news – Bachcare provides cleaning and linen services for all HomeAway bookings. The total price for your booking will include Bachcare’s cleaning and linen service fee, which will be paid as part of your booking. Other things to note: As the property has unfenced access to the bay, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. This property does not have mobile cellphone reception. Reception can be found at the top of Port Levy Hill, a 10 minute drive away. The nearest petrol stations are either in Halswell or Cashmere which are 40kms away. Please ensure you have enough petrol to get to and from your destination. The sunroom is only suitable for sleeping in during summer months as there is no heating in this room. Due to this, in the winter months the maximum occupancy of the house is 6 guests. The stove in the sunroom is for decoration only and cannot be used. Please note the drive on access on the back section is shared, and the garage is not part of Blueberry Bach.
