This delightful absolute waterfront western red cedar home and separate self-contained bungalow are set among three acres including an orchard, lush gardens and rainforest. Glorious views of Pirate’s Bay and beyond abound – you can hear the waves wash over the nearby tessellated pavement - and there is direct walking access mere moments to secluded Lufra Cove beach. A huge open plan kitchen, dining area and loungeroom with floor to ceiling windows greet you upon your entrance and showcase this amazing coastal location from all angles. The sunken lounge features a central wood heater guaranteed to provide ample warmth, and access onto a large deck. Cook up a storm in the well-appointed kitchen containing full oven and gas cooktop, and enjoy a relaxed meal-with-a-view at the ten seater dining table. Or perhaps a barbeque at one of the two outdoor settings is more your style! The main house provides three double bedrooms for your comfort. One contains three single beds plus a trundle, and has sliding door access onto its own deck complete with stunning water views. Another houses a queen bed and also boasts its own deck from where you can lazily take in the amazing bay vista. Both have ensuites including baths. At the other end of the house you will find the enormous master bedroom. Floor to ceiling windows frame a breathtaking scene of green and blue – why not soak up the view from the luxury of your king size bed? The ensuite is a brand new full size bathroom and features twin basins, a deep bath and separate shower. All bedrooms contain a heater as well as electric blankets to keep you extra snug during the cooler months. A laundry with washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. The separate bungalow is a fully self-contained tranquil retreat enjoying sensational views of the bay. It comprises a large open plan lounge/bedroom, separate generous bathroom and kitchen. This gorgeous cottage has its own full length balcony – the perfect place to enjoy breakfast as you gaze at the dramatic scenery, or to simply sit back with a book and listen to birdsong and waves.
