VRBO collects platform payments/charges separately, while Chicago Hospitality Club handles the deposit, so seeing both on your statement is normal. The deposit is automatically released 3-7 days after checkout.
• Last-Minute Bookings

The base rate includes up to 4 guests.
Additional guests:

• Excessive cleaning after checkout: up to $125 per additional cleaning hour
• Stays of 14+ nights require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, scheduled with the guest in advance. Additional cleaning fees apply.

Families Traveling with Young Children
