This beautiful country house with private pool, located in the area of Biniaumaya (Es Mercadal), welcomes 8+3 people.
If you want to enjoy your holidays while being surrounded by nature, this will certainly be your second home. Outside the property you will find a beautiful terrace with views of the mountains. A private salt infinity pool, measuring 11 x 4.5 and with a depth of between 0.60 and 1.5 m, is the main feature, ideal for cooling off. Around it there are sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe. The house also has a garden area and a porch where you will find several corners where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. The house is fenced and privacy is total.
The interior of the house, on one level, has a lot of character and is decorated with an exquisite combination of rustic and contemporary elements. The bright living room, equipped with a fireplace and Smart TV, is perfect for entertaining. There is a separate dining area with a large table for unforgettable meals. The kitchen is independent, has a ceramic hob and has everything you need to cook in total comfort. The house has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are 6 bedrooms, all of them with fan and radiator. Four of them have a double bed and two of them also have an en-suite bathroom with shower and one also has air-conditioning. The remaining two bedrooms have two single beds each. Two further bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, service the property. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.
